The late Roscoe Misselhorn (1902-1997) is probably one of the most well known artists to ever come out of Randolph County. The public can now see his artworks on the walls of the old GM&O train station, that was also used in the 1967 oscar winning movie "In the Heat of the Night".
Mr. Misselhorn was fortunate enough to see his work interred in this landmark repository‚ before his death‚ so he could see that the town he loved and drew so much, loved him right back.
Anna W. Brown was a major Philanthopist in Randolph County. This museum documents her life and the generous deeds she did for people in this county.
I hope to document these two more aswell as document others here in time.
